Davina Deniszczyc completed her medical degree at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2003.
Her fascination with science and interest in people made her step into GP training an easy one. In 2007, she gained membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Davina completed part of her training in Western Australia, adding valuable medical experience and an awareness of cultural difference to her portfolio.
Despite being offered a partnership as soon as she qualified, Dr Davina decided to set up her own freelance business, based on the realisation that locum work achieved the patient variability she craved. During this time she became frustrated with the lack of resources and focus on preventative medicine in the NHS so she set up independent Wellness Clinics within some of her GP surgeries.
Davina joined Nuffield Health in 2009 and still practices as a GP one day a week. She lives in Muswell Hill, London.
