This peer learning forum will explore the opportunities and challenges surrounding inclusive recruitment. It will cover embedding long term and sustainable practices for diverse recruitment.

Employers are increasingly recognising the strong business case for improving the level of diversity and inclusion (D&I) within their workforce. By recruiting professionals from a range of backgrounds at all levels of seniority, businesses gain access to a wide variety of viewpoints and perspectives.

About this Inclusive Recruitment for HR and Recruitment Teams webinar

This interactive event is an opportunity for human resources (HR) practitioners, Talent and D&I practitioners to share challenges they have encountered and solutions they have implemented during recruitment campaigns, in particular around increasing diverse talent and tackling under representation.

Good recruitment is vital for every organisation. It ensures that the workforce has the relevant skills and abilities for the organisation’s current and future needs. Effective workforce resourcing does not just fill an immediate vacancy, it has an impact on the long-term success of the business. Diverse organisations are more innovative, have higher employee satisfaction, provide better service to customers and produce better financial returns1.

包容性的招聘是一个重要的支柱organisation’s diversity and inclusion strategy. However, attracting, progressing and retaining diverse talent can be challenging. Inclusive recruitment minimises barriers and presents your organisation as inclusive and welcoming, enabling you to attract anyone with the right skill set, regardless of background.
