This Champions’ Forum will focus on preliminary findings from Business in the Community’s (BITC) largescale 2021 Race at Work survey.

About the webinar
Sandra Kerr CBE, Race Equality Director, BITC, will share the initial emerging insights before the official publication of the Race at Work survey in October 2021. She will focus on responses to the newly added allyship questions, which will represent one of the largest studies on allyship and race to date.

Audience
This webinar is free of charge and open to BITC members who have opted for champion level race advisory support. It is suitable for HR and diversity and inclusion practitioners and managers.

Background

Our 2021 Race at Work survey hopes to capture the changing attitudes in the way employers and their workforce think and talk about race. They survey will help to:

  • support employers with understanding the impact of bias in the workplace on recruitment and progression
  • better understand workplace cultures and barriers to progression
  • gain insight into action on allyship, capturing ethnicity data and ethnicity pay gap reporting
  • develop cutting-edge resources to support employers with targeted, meaningful and sustainable action.
