Heather Lee is a senior human resources professional, with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). She has worked across sectors including retail, manufacturing and utilities.
In her role as Head of People and Performance at Lincolnshire Co-operative she champions a culture of lifelong learning and employee engagement, the organisation holds Investors in People Gold recognition.
Heather attended Robert Pattinson School in Lincoln as a student through to sixth form, going on to gain a BA (Hons) in economics from the University of York and attaining an MBA in 2000.
She has wide-ranging experience of governance and community involvement, is a charity trustee and a member of both the Lincoln International Business School Advisory Board and the Greater Lincolnshire Employment and Skills Board. She is also Chair of the governing body of her old secondary school in Lincoln, now called Sir Robert Pattinson Academy.
