Kate has a background in mathematical modelling and economic appraisal, and is a qualified project manager.
Kate has worked on the business cases of major infrastructure programmes including High Speed 2, Crossrail, the expansion of Heathrow and Stansted airports, and the Silvertown Tunnel.
