Lucinda Charles-Jones joined AXA UK and Ireland in 2015 as Group HR Director and is a member of the UK/Ireland Management Committee.
Lucinda has more than 20 years of experience operating at board- and management-committee level with deep expertise in people across a range of industries in the UK and globally.
She has particular expertise in transformational change in dispersed, complex organisations such as Hays, RAC and Towergate.
At AXA, Lucinda is responsible for developing the human resources strategy and people plans to support the organisation’s goals, and to build the capability and culture for the future. She is also part of AXA Group’s global HR leadership team.
