Marcella M’Rabety

Head of Corporate Social Responsibility,
Stansted Airport

East of England Leadership Board

Marcella is London Stansted Airport’s Head of Corporate Social Responsibility.

In the past five years she has pioneered the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills and employability of people in the airport’s catchment. In particular, she has overseen the development of the £11 million Stansted Airport College, the airport’s first ever educational centre, and the on-site Employment and Skills Academy. These schemes not only help to bridge the skills gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics subjects but also help to promote roles in the aviation sector and provide a pipeline of future talent for the industry.

Under her leadership the airport has received numerous awards in recognition of its education, employment and volunteering programmes.
