Throughout his 20-year career, Michael Douglas has worked across functions within the financial sector, including customer contact, risk, security, and resilience. This experience culminates in Michael’s current role, as Head of Resilience and Continuity Operations at NatWest Group.
Michael oversees the delivery of resilience and business continuity solutions and assurance across all aspects of NatWest Group, including technology, property, supply chain and people. His team are responsible for the partnerships and engagement with customer-facing franchises and various support and control functions in the bank. Furthermore, the team are involved with charities in Edinburgh with resilience, business continuity planning and general business leadership activities.
In joining the leadership team of the Prince’s333manbetx , Michael hopes to apply his knowledge, experience, and skill set to develop resilient businesses, operations, and infrastructure across the country, and give back to the community. He also believes this is a great opportunity to share, and to learn from, cross-industry best practice, in order to benefit all members and the wider population.
