Bluestone is a luxury self-catering holiday resort in the heart of Pembrokeshire, West Wales. With more than 350 self-catering accommodation units, an exclusive spa retreat, more than 100 activities and a water park, the resort welcomes 3,000 guests a week and employs more than 750 people year round.
Pamela is a Fellow at the Institute of Directors, a Business in the Community Wales Leadership Board member and in 2010 founded the Bluestone Foundation.
The Bluestone Foundation prides itself on helping people to help themselves by providing grants to charities and community groups across Pembrokeshire. Since 2017, nearly £100,000 has been gifted to causes in the community. The money is raised by the resorts guests and employees, and, in 2018, Pamela was part of the Bluestone team who walked the 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path in 12 days, raising £10,000.
