Paul Broadhead is the Head of Community Investment and Education Outreach for Rolls-Royce Group. Paul leads Rolls-Royce’s commitment to investing in the community – a key part of which is investing in quality STEM education and opportunity for all. Rolls-Royce has committed to reach 6 million people globally through #RollsRoyceSTEM education programmes and activities by 2020.
Im 2018 Paul received The Manufacturer Top100 recognition for Inspiring Leader, Driver of Cultural Change and Unsung Hero. He is also involved with several charities and advocacy schemes, including, Apprenticeships Diversity Champions Network (ADCN), 5% Club Network, LBG (the global standard for measuring community investment ) Steering Group. Paul is also a Board Trustee for Foundation Derbyshire, E4E Enterprise for Education and RISE – Rural India Schools Enterprise.
