Pooja Bagga is an experienced Senior Director of Information Technology with a history of successfully leading digitally enabled transformation change both for Business and IT. Pooja has led this in various sectors and industries including, transport, logistics and the airline industry. Skilled in technology enabled business transformation, Pooja has delivered multi-million pound programmes right from defining the vision and strategy to then delivering the roadmaps end to end.
Pooja is passionate about the values that Business in the Community (BITC) represents and has chosen to be the Royal Mail Group representative at BITC. As an early adopter of these core values Pooja has ensured she constantly encourages others around her (including senior leaders) to think differently and challenges status quo where appropriate. Pooja is currently mentoring black, Asian and minority ethnic colleagues and has addressed various forums and seminars to talk through the challenges she has faced during her career.
A mum of two, Pooja loves travelling and spending time with her family.
